released. 16th January 2013 Be Food Smart is the latest campaign from Change 4 Life which was launched on Monday 7th January 2013. This new campaign will encourage people across the country to look out for 'hidden nasties' - salt, fat and sugar in many of the everyday foods we eat, reminding us that eating too much of these can be bad for our health.
Be food smart resources are now available to access to encourage people to make smarter choices by using cheap, quick and healthy recipes provided as part of the campaign.
