We can all play our part and listed below are six EASY ways to make healthier choices:

  1. Be as active as possible during the day
  2. Swap sugary foods for sugar free varieties
  3. Aim to eat at least 5 a day of fruit and vegetables
  4. Limit snacks between meals and reduce portion sizes
  5. Have regular meal times
  6. Cut back on fat, especially saturated fat
