Active Ashfield Volunteer Programme

Have you ever considered volunteering in sport?

Active Ashfield has introduced the Active Ashfield Volunteer Programme to support interested people aged 16 and above in volunteering at local events and within Ashfield’s local clubs

 The scheme will provide:

  • One to one support for potential volunteers and new volunteers in clubs
  • Access to training courses and workshops
  • Reward and recognition for volunteering

Why not Make a Difference in Your Local Community by Volunteering in Sport?

All you need is to have an interest and a positive attitude.

You do not need to have previous experience to become a volunteer in sport.

There are lots of different roles and tasks involved in running local events and clubs. We can help match your skills and provide training opportunities to bring out the best in you as a volunteer
